Innanzitutto c&#8217;è da segnalare che se si sta utilizzando il kernel 2.6.22-15, dopo l&#8217;aggiornamento, avrete problemi con il pacchetto locales. E&#8217; quindi consigliato riavviare il sistema con il kernel 2.6.22-15.

L&#8217;ultima major version di OOo, per questioni di tempo non è stata inserita in Ubuntu 8.10 Intrepid Ibex.
